Customer Service Hours
Our stated customer service hours are 9am-5pm Central Standard Time, Monday through Friday. We are one hour behind New York City and two hours ahead of Los Angeles.
Terms of Payment
All orders must be paid by Major Credit Card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Online: Click on a Product Channel from the home page or in the left-hand column. Select the products you would like to order. Go to the Checkout Screen to complete your order. Use the easy to follow directions.

About Overnight Orders:
Our overnight carrier is DHL.
DHL does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday.
Overnight orders placed after 4pm CST, Monday - Thursday will ship out the following day.
Overnight orders shipped out on Friday will not arrive until Monday.
Overnight orders placed after 4pm CST on Friday will be shipped out on Monday and arrive to you on Tuesday (unless there is a holiday).
Not all zip codes qualify for overnight delivery.

Special Note for International Customers: International Packages cannot be marked as "Gifts" on the Customs Declaration Forms required by the United States Postal Service. Therefore, some international-bound packages may be subject to Customs Duties (in which case you may need to pay a fee). We are not responsible for items delayed in customs or any fees associated with customs duties in other countries. Thank you!
Return Policies
We CANNOT accept returns. If you receive the wrong size or color in an item, you may exchange it for the correct item at no charge when your request in writing is received within 30 days of your order date. Replacements will be shipped within 30 days after we receive your return. Please Note: Defective goods will be replaced once it is returned with the same style. Please call with any questions.
